The roots of the MunroMann album, Love and Dreams, is an outcropping of a body of work written by Barry Vigilanti Munro.
He, and his brother David, are founding members of "The Vigilanti Group". They were a late 70's and early 80's band. You can see them at www.thevigilantigroup.com. Together, David and Bear played, recorded and produced some really nice Classic Rock tunes. Their songs that covered the panoply of new wave, rock and borderline punk. This new work however, "Love and Dreams", is truly tempered by the sand paper of time. In quantifying, Love and Dreams is a more sophisticated writing covering many different genres and themes.
Born in London Ontario Canada, Bear V. Munro is a thankful graduate of Brock University (Go Badgers). For many years now, he and his family have resided in Marietta, Georgia on the outskirts of Atlanta. He continues to write and record and although his work is mostly secular, he is a grateful believer in Christ and his timeless message of grace and salvation.
